Led by GP Partner Dr Venkata Sireesha Sreeguru, alongside a team of 6 GPs (salaried), 1 Practice Nurse, Nurse Associate and a Health Care Assistant, supported by the Administration/reception team

Clinicians

We are a friendly surgery with a female GP Partner, as well as regular sessional GPs and Foundation Doctors working at the practice.

Practice Nurses

Practice nurses are qualified and registered nurses. They can help with health issues such as family planning, healthy living advice, blood pressure checks and dressings. The practice nurses run clinics for long-term health conditions such as asthma or diabetes, minor ailment clinics and carry out cervical smears.

Nurse Associate 

A nurse practitioner in general practice plays a crucial role in delivering patient care, often working alongside doctors and other healthcare professionals. Their responsibilities include:
Patient Care: Providing care, treatment, and health education for patients of all ages, managing chronic conditions, and running clinics for specific health issues. 

Team Collaboration: Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including pharmacists and dietitians, to ensure comprehensive patient care. 

Healthcare Assistants (HCA)

Assist in the assessment and surveillance of patients' health and well-being. Undertaking specific clinical activities for named patients that have been delegated and taught specifically in relation to that individual. Helping to raise awareness of health and well-being and how it can be promoted..

General Medical Services (GMS) contract

In addition to GP consultations the practice adheres to the General Medical Services Contract for the provision of healthcare services:

Training practice status

This means that we provide training for GP trainees and has one or more approved trainers. Only HEE approved training practices can train GP trainees.
