PLEASE RING BETWEEN 8AM-10AM AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN A TELEPHONE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ON THAT DAY. THE CLINICIAN WILL RING TO DISCUSS YOUR PROBLEM AND IF NECESSARY OFFER YOU A FACE TO FACE APPOINTMENT. E-CONSULT CAN BE DONE VIA WEBSITE IN YOUR OWN TIME AND WILL BE ACTIONED BY THE CLINICIAN AT THE SURGERY WITHIN 48 WORKING HRS. e-CONSULT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FROM 6.30PM ON FRIDAY UNTIL 6.30PM SUNDAY .
During the current Covid 19 outbreak we ask patients to please not attend the surgery unless asked to do so.
Please order prescriptions via Patient Access online to be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice, or please leave prescription requests in the post box outside surgery. All paperwork from the surgery will be posted or sent electronically to you. We would also ask patients who receive paper prescriptions to contact us with their chosen pharmacy so we can arrange electronic prescriptions.
